It is demo day! After receiving planning approval we've wasted no time to get this building started. So the team at Interaction have been hard at work to help repair and rejuvenate this iconic building.
There has been a total strip out of the interiors, converting what once was a factory to a unique and bespoke multi-use office space to support local businesses.
Director, Hannah Morden-Nicholson writes;
Keeping the ceiling in was a really important part of the project, so we could retain as much natural light as possible and stay true to the iconic shape. It is going to be a key feature of the building.
The building will see ongoing works into the new year. The project will see a diverse range of businesses move into the space, and make the most of the cool features such as a gym, high speed internet, a cafe and a wellbeing room.
